We revamped a 400 square-foot car garage into a fully functional livable unit, while simultaneously constructing an additional 400 square-foot second-story Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) above it. The resulting project boasts two distinct units, each encompassing a well-designed floorplan complete with essential amenities. Both units feature a spacious kitchen, a comfortable master bedroom, a luxurious master bathroom, and a welcoming living room.
